1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the J&T JLPT Practice platform ("Service") operated by J&T Japanese Language Training Center, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental consent. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide (name, email, phone number) is accurate and current.

3. Use of the Service

The Service provides JLPT practice questions, explanations, and analytics for personal, non-commercial study. You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, redistribute, or republish question content without permission
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, rate limits, or security measures

4. Payments and Refunds

Premium packages are paid via KBZPay, WavePay, or AYA Pay slip upload. Payment is verified manually by our admin team — please allow up to 24 hours for activation. Refunds are considered case-by-case within 7 days of purchase if the Service has not been used substantially. Contact support to request a refund.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Practice questions, explanations, and platform design are the property of J&T Japanese Language Training Center. Reference materials sourced from third-party JLPT publishers are used under fair-use educational principles and are never displayed to end users — only AI-generated original variants are served.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt to abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent payments. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that practising on our platform will result in passing any JLPT examination. Your study outcomes depend on your own effort.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
